Dehydration is the process of draining the water from the fruits & vegetables , reducing the humidity and allowing the product to be stored for longer periods of time and still as fresh as areal fruit with 95-97 % of the nutrient values with no preservatives or chemicals added. Under international standards our products contain no toxic substances & preservatives.
