Washing & Sanitization through the latest Ozone cleaning automated process. QC Check, PPM Check

Peeling, Slicing & Dicing through automatic machines ensure the same size & thickness of each cut.

Feeding on the Conveyor belt to load the trays to Heat Pump Dehydrator.

Dehydrating through an automated plant maintaining the right temperature & moisture management.

Dehydrated Fruits & Vegetables are moved through food grade conveyors to get the produce cooled at room temperature. Q C Check maintaining temperature & humidity of the environment.

QC checks are done to remove impurities , roots , extra crispy slices.

Pass through a High Effective metal detector to remove metallic impurities

Lab Testing of each batch is done to analyse the physical, chemical and Microbiological parameters with the latest technology equipment such as The Laminar floor, Microscope, Colony counter, Calorie Meter, Autoclave, PH Meter, Distillation Plant, etc.

Packing the product to food grade pouches through automated weighing scaling to ensure the right quantity in each pouch.

Sealing through automatic nitrogen flushing and band sealer machine.

Packed material inspection, sealing check and then packed in corrugated boxes as per the requirement of the customers.
